Ham, Broccoli, and Cheddar Cheese Pizza

These may seem like a strange combination, but it worked.  My inspiration was broccoli and cheese soup.

I think this was the first time I have ever had broccoli on a pizza.  I have had peas on pizza before.  I briefly lived in Taiwan, and peas were a popular pizza topping there.

Prosciutto, Sun Dried Tomatoes, and Gorgonzola Pizza

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I just returned back from spending Thanksgiving with my family.  My flight left at 7:30 this morning.  Unfortunately, my parents live two and a half hours away from the nearest airport.

They deserve an award for picking me up and taking me back to the airport every time I come for a visit.  I am going back home for Christmas, and my flight arrives at 10 at night Christmas Eve.  No one wants to spend five hours driving on Christmas Eve, but my parents have graciously agreed to do it.

Apple, Caramelized Onion, and Cheddar Pizza with Walnuts

It's Friday! I have officially worked at my new job for three weeks.  I like my new job.  I'm busy, and I'm learning new things.

My new job doesn't have a gym.  I became accustomed to exercising at a gym at my last job.  This month I have been riding my bike to work so often that I haven't felt the need for much more exercise.

Bacon, Gorgonzola, and Jam Pizza

Last Friday I went to a Korean spa with my coworkers.  We have been planning to go for a few months, and we finally made it happen.

It was weird but enjoyable.  I had never done anything like it.

Sausage, Caramelized Onion, Dried Cherry and Walnut Pizza

I'm going to have a new experience this week.  Some female coworkers and I are going to a Korean spa.

They have gone together in the past, but this will be my first time.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

If I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life, it would probably be pizza.  It is hard to mess up something as fantastic as bread and cheese.  They're are two of the most comforting foods in the world.

I haven't eaten pizza for a while, and it has been even longer since I made it at home.  It's been far too long really.

Mango Chutney and Ham Pizza

My roommate recently told me there is no savory dish that can't be improved with cheese and no dessert that can't be improved with chocolate.

I think I would have to agree.  You have an especially deadly combination when you combine chocolate and creamy milk products, like in chocolate cheesecake or chocolate ice cream.

Hawaiian Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Earlier this month I was congratulating myself that I had not gotten sick the entire winter.  I was a little premature in my celebration because I started coming down with a cold yesterday.

I stayed home from work today and slept in until 11 am.  It has been years since I slept in so late.

To make this pizza I used a naan (I used a frozen naan from Trader Joe's), barbeque sauce, 1/4 cup chicken, 1/2 spear fresh pineapple, 1 green onion, and 1/3 cup mozzarella.

Thai Green Curry Pizza

It's black Friday today.  I was getting my hair cut, and the cosmetologist asked me if I knew where the name originated.  I had no idea.  She said maybe it is because people stand in lines all night in the dark. It seems plausible.  I went to work today because I am saving my vacation time for Christmas, but I did stop by Loft this evening and bought a pretty, red blouse.

Curry pizza is a weird thing to be blogging about the day after Thanksgiving, but that is the way I roll.  Look at all that wonderful cheese!  If you like green curry, you should make this pizza.  If you don't like green curry, you should try it again because it's amazing.
