Chocolate Cookie Dough Ice Cream with Marshmallow and Peanut Butter Cups

This ice cream has a mouthful of a name.  I didn't want to leave out any part of the name because each component has its own vital role.  It is chock full of many yummy treats.

One day when I have more room to store kitchen gadgets, I would like to own an ice cream maker.  Until then, no-churn ice cream is an amazing substitute.  I have made a few no-churn ice cream recipes in the past, and I have always been impressed with the results.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream with Peanut Butter Cups

Last week I got a pedicure.  It was only the third professional pedicure I have ever received.  I like to think one day I'll be the type of person who regularly receives pedicures.

People who regularly receive pedicures have the details of their life put together.  They dress nicely, always match, and wear the right amount of accessories.  They also wear perfume.

Coconut and Almond No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream

If you read food blogs as regularly as I do, you are aware of the no churn ice cream phenomenon.  I don't have a ice cream maker so I have wanted to try one of the no churn ice cream recipes out for a while.

I had my doubts.  I was afraid that the ice cream would be dense and hard.  I thought the texture couldn't possible similar to a store bought ice cream.

I was pleasantly surprised.  This isn't going to be the last no churn ice cream I made this summer.  It's great to be able to make ice cream without having to purchase another kitchen gadget.
