Hawaiian Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Earlier this month I was congratulating myself that I had not gotten sick the entire winter.  I was a little premature in my celebration because I started coming down with a cold yesterday.

I stayed home from work today and slept in until 11 am.  It has been years since I slept in so late.

To make this pizza I used a naan (I used a frozen naan from Trader Joe's), barbeque sauce, 1/4 cup chicken, 1/2 spear fresh pineapple, 1 green onion, and 1/3 cup mozzarella.

I spread the barbeque sauce on the naan.  I use around 2 to 3 tablespoons of sauce.

I layered on the shredded, cooked chicken.

I added the chopped green onions and pineapple.

I covered everything with a healthy sprinkling of cheese.

I cooked the pizza for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

I'll admit, this isn't much of a recipe.  Despite its simplicity, its delicious and quick.  It is a combination of my two favorite pizzas.  This is the best kind of recipe when your hungry but don't have a ton of time.
